JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.63 dated 08.4.2019, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from HC Jagdish Kumar has informed that it is a case of simple injuries and that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court on 15.1.2020, the petitioner has since joined investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation and is not wanted in any other case.
