JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.81, dated 05.08.2020, registered under Sections 379-B, 341, 323, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Rureke Kalan, Barnala, District Barnala.

(2.) The Petitioner has remained in detention for more than 04 months and 11 days since 28.08.2020.

(3.) After completion of investigation, Challan against the Petitioner has been submitted.
