JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

(2.) For the reasons given in the applications, same are allowed. The applicant-petitioner is permitted to amend para 13 of the petition and the amended petition is taken on record.

(3.) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.6 dated 05.01.2021 registered under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "NDPS Act") at Police Station STF, SAS Nagar, Mohali.
