JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, as well as arguments addressed, Annexures P5 and P6 are taken on record subject to just exceptions. Exemption from filing the certified copies thereof is granted.
