JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.138 dtd. 18/12/2019 registered under Ss. 420, 406, 120B of the IPC at Police Station Dhakoli, District SAS Nagar.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of the order passed by this Court on 20/9/2021. Order dtd. 20/9/2021 is as under:-
