JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.139, dated 17th April, 2021, under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Hisar.

(3.) The FIR was a result of matrimonial dispute. While issuing notice of motion on 26th May, 2021, this Court directed the SHO/senior most officer of the concerned cell to conduct mediation proceedings and submit a report to this Court on or before the next date of hearing. The arrest of the petitioner was stayed.
