JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this judgment two Regular Second Appeals i.e RSA3023-2018 and RSA-6206-2017 shall stand disposed of.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that both these appeals can be disposed of by a common judgment.

(3.) In both the appeals, the defendants in the trial court are the appellants.
