JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This petition under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 317, dtd. 23/5/2021, under Sec. 379-A read with Sec. 34 IPC registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat.

(3.) FIR was at the instance of Satyender Kumar. As per the allegations, on 22/3/2021 two boys snatched the mobile from the complainant near Mittal Mega Mall. Accused Dilshad was arrested, he got recovered two snatched mobile phone. The name of the petitioner was surfaced in a disclosure statement by co-accused. There is recovery of mobile phone from the petitioner also.
