JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since common question of law and facts are involved in all the eight writ petitions i.e. CWP Nos.27516, 22057, 23260, 27783, 27791, 27525, 23257 and 23270 of 2018, the same are being taken up together and are disposed of by this common order.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, facts are being taken from CWP No.27516 of 2018 titled as 'Shingara Singh Vs. Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Amritsar and Ors.'.

(3.) Petitioner-Shingara Singh, stated to be aged 64 years, has filed the present writ petition inter alia with a prayer for quashing the impugned award dtd. 8/11/2017 partly to the extent of not granting the relief of reinstatement in service and also for quashing of the impugned order dtd. 1/7/2013 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.3 and also to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service and full back wages.
