JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common order, two petitions are being disposed of as these petitions arise out of the same incident.

(2.) Present two petitions, which have been filed for quashing of FIR No.202 dated 13.09.2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural as well as the cross case G.D. No.22 dated 13.09.2016 registered under Sections 451, 323, 325 and 34 IPC at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
