(3.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing order dtd. 3/11/2020, Annexure P-15, whereby claim of the petitioner for grant of local rank for a period of six months before his retirement as per instructions dtd. 29/4/2008, Annexure P-l, has been rejected.
