JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.1312 dtd. 30/10/2019 registered under Sec. 379-A of the IPC at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar on the basis of the compromise, which has been entered into between the parties.
