JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 129, dtd. 7/8/2018, under Ss. 307, 326, 324, 323, 341, 201, 218, 120-B, 148, 149 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Ss. 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

(3.) The petitioner apprehended arrest on being summoned for 26/3/2021 by the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridkot on presentation of 4th Supplementary Report under Sec. 173(8) Cr.P.C.
