JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed with a prayer that a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus be issued so as to get the detenue namely Sukhpreet Kaur, wife of the petitioner released from the illegal custody of respondents No. 4 to 6 by appointing a Warrant Officer.
