(1.) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions. CRM-20981-2021

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.475, dated 24.12.2020, under Sections 354, 452, 506, 509 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Jind Sadar, District Jind and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of Compromise, dated 3.3.2021 (Annexure P-2).
