JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

(2.) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.15 dated 3.2.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 324, 323, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot.

(3.) On notice, present petition has been contested by the State.
