JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek directions to provide protection to the life and liberty from the private respondents Nos. 4 and 5, who are parents of petitioner No.2, on account of their marriage which has taken place on 15/6/2021. The marriage certificate has been appended as Annexure P-3.

(2.) The date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 16/2/1996 as per Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and the date of birth of petitioner No.2 is 26/1/2003 as per the photocopy of the detail marks card, now furnished.
