JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 078 dtd. 12/9/2021 registered under Ss. 323, 365, 148, 149, and 341 IPC at Police Station Division No. 4, Jalandhar.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order passed by this Court dtd. 8/10/2021. Order dtd. 8/10/2021 is as under:-
