JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) Petitioner seeks regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.0137, dated 28.05.2020, under Sections 304-B/149 IPC (Section 149 IPC has been deleted later on and Section 34 IPC added), registered at Police Station City Batala, District Batala.

(3.) Counsel for the parties have been heard.
