JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the official respondents to release the detenues, mentioned in para No.3 of the petition, from the illegal detention of the private respondents.
