JUDGEMENT

(1.) Hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts.

(2.) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas- Corpus for release of the detenues, detail whereof was given in paragraph 2 of the petition.
