JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

(2.) The challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment dated 11.8.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petitions filed by the appellants were dismissed.

(3.) The appellants and other persons filed 7 different writ petitions seeking the following reliefs:-
