JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

(2.) This petition is being filed aggrieved of the order dated 12.2.2020 fixing interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

(3.) The respondent-wife filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. pleading that after the marriage she was subjected to cruelty and forced to live separately. She has no source of income. The petitioner-husband is MBA and a fashion designer and doing private job and getting salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
