JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and CRM-M-54655-2019 is taken on Board today itself.

(3.) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.38, dated 17.07.2018, under Sections, 323, 406 & 498-A IPC, registered at Women Police Station, District Panchkula and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of Compromise, dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-2).
