JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the cases have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) Vide this common order, CRM-M No.12419 of 2021 and 12751 of 2021 are being decided. Since both the cases have arisen out of same FIR, therefore, facts are being culled out from CRM-M No.12419 of 2021.

(3.) Petitioner(S) seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.54 dated 07.03.2019, registered under Sections 302/201, 148, 149 IPC at P.S. Mandi Gobindgarh, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib.
