JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.19 dated 12.01.2021, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 379-B, 506 of the IPC (Sections 325, 120-B and 201 of the IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon order dated 29.06.2021 passed in CRM-M-23057-2021, vide which co-accused Mohit has already been granted concession of regular bail by this Court. The operative part of the order reads as under:
