JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

(2.) The learned State counsel in compliance of earlier order dtd. 9/9/2021 passed by this Court has placed on record the latest status report which is taken on record.

(3.) This is second regular bail application of accused/petitioner-Satish Kumar, the first one having been dismissed by this Court on 3/6/2020 in a case bearing FIR No.462 dtd. 18/9/2018 under Ss. 420, 406, 120-B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari.
