JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 02.07.2021 (P-2), passed by the Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Gurugram, vide which application filed by the petitioner for grant of special parole, has been declined.

(2.) Issue notice of motion.

(3.) On asking of the Court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl.A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.
