JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for quashing of FIR No.0168 dtd. 23/12/2017 registered under Ss. 323, 427, 506 IPC at Police Station Ding, District Sirsa and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
