JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and CRM-M-20976-2021 is taken on Board today itself.

(3.) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.05, dated 10.01.2020, under Sections, 498-A & 406 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of Compromise, dated 26.02.2021 (Annexure P-2).
