JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail him in case FIR No.0073 dated 10.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Tallewal, District Barnala.
