JUDGEMENT

(1.) On 7.7.2011, while issuing notice of motion, following contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner were recorded:

(2.) As per office report, service of respondent No. 1-complainant is complete, however, no one has appeared on her behalf.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in terms of the order passed by this court on 7.7.2011, the petitioner has already appeared before the court below and furnished his bail bonds. Considering the aforesaid facts, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 7.7.2011 is made absolute.
