This application under Sec. 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of leave for filing the accompanied appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by learned Sessions Judge, Bathinda, acquitting -Charna Singh and Malkit Kaur-respondents-accused of the offences under Sections 302/34 and 201 Indian Penal Code.
