JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner has impugned the selection of Respondent No. 5 which was made in the year 2005 but the writ petition was filed in the year 2010 alleging that she was not eligible to be considered for the post of Guest Teacher.

(2.) I am afraid, it is too late in the day for the Petitioner to question the appointment of Respondent No. 5. The instant petition is hit by delay and latches.

(3.) HENCE , dismissed.
