JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

(2.) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 3.5.2011 passed by learned District Judge, Faridabad and order dated 24.8.2010, passed by learned Civil Judge, Faridabad, vide which application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short 'the Code') filed by Petitioner-Plaintiff for ad interim injunction order in a civil suit filed by him against Respondents-Defendants was dismissed.

(3.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned orders passed by learned courts below.
