JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 76 dated 17.06.2011, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Phase I, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

(2.) The broad brush allegations are that the petitioners have taken money from the complainant for having him settled in abroad and misappropriated that money.

(3.) In my opinion in view of the allegations made no fault can be found in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Mohali in rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail.
