JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 167 dated 23.5.2009, under Sections 323, 325, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 326 of IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Hathin, District Faridabad.

(2.) AFFIDAVIT of ASI Tara Chand, Investigating Officer, handed over today is taken on record.

(3.) MR . Gaurav Dhir, DAG, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Tara Chand, states that Mohan, similarly situated co -accused, has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2010.
