JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 25 dated 2.7.2010 under Sections 498 -A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 16.8.2010 has directed to release the Petitioners on interim bail.

(3.) MR . Jaspreet Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Sucha Singh, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioners have joined the investigation and are co -operating in the investigation.
