DINESH Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE this order, I intend to dispose of Crl.M. Nos. M -37899 of 2010, M -37328 of 2010 and M -688 of 2011, as all these three petitions arise out of same FIR.

(2.) PETITIONER -applicants Dinesh, Parmod, Mahabir and Sunil have applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 141 dated 17.6.2010 under Section 394 IPC, registered at Police Station P.S. Uchana, District Jind.

(3.) LEARNED State counsel, on instructions of HC Ram Phal, P.S. Uchana, has admitted the fact that all the applicants are students of Polytechnic.
