JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in a case FIR No. 134 dated 7.7.2010 under Sections 341, 324, 323, 506, 427, 148, 149 IPC (Section 326 and 452 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 03.01.2011 has granted interim bail in favour of the Petitioner.

(3.) MS . Bhavna Gupta, DAG Punjab on the instructions of SI Bittan Kumar has stated that Petitioner has participated in the investigation and recovery of Dattar has also been effected. Learned Counsel for the Respondent - State has not asked for custodial interrogation of the Petitioner.
