JUDGEMENT

(1.) VED Parkash -Petitioner is undergoing civil imprisonment in proceedings under Section 446 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in fourteen cases and is confined in District Jail, Karnal.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner has urged that the Petitioner is in custody since September 19th, 2005 and during his confinement, he has never been released on bail or parole. He seeks parole for fifteen days to celebrate the marriage of his two sons to be solemnized on March 24th, 2011.
