(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 75 dated 16.2.2011 under Sections 498 -A, 406, 34 IPC, Police Station Kalanaur, District Rohtak.

(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 6.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.

(3.) MR . Gaurav Dhir, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Om Parkash, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.
