JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action against respondent No.4 in case FIR No.43 dated 22.02.2010 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib with a further prayer for issuance of direction to consider the report of the Hand Writing Expert on the dying declaration against respondent No.4 and to put challan after arresting respondent No.4 before the trial Court.

(2.) THE petitioner, who is present in person in the Court, states that the FIR was registered way back on 22.02.2010. Till date, the matter has not been investigated and no final report has been submitted. So much so, even the report of the Hand Writing Expert has not been considered. Notice of motion.

(3.) IN view of the submissions above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to investigate the matter and submit a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the receipt of a copy of this order with a further direction that the petitioner be involved in the said enquiry and the report of the Handwriting Expert, if any, or any other evidence, be also considered before filing the final report.
