JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for regular bail pending trial under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (for short,'Cr.P.C.') in a case registered vide FIR No.3 dated 25.3.2010, under Sections 21,61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act,1985 at Police Station Mukandpur, District Nawanshahr.

(2.) Since the case is at the fag end of trial, I do not find any justification to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this bail application is dismissed.
