ASHOK KUMAR Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of appropriate direction to Respondent No. 2 and 3 to arrest accused person Respondent No. 4 and to file the challan in FIR No. 115 dated 28.04.2010 under Sections 307, 324, 34 IPC, Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the Petitioner states that the FIR was registered way back on 28.04.2010 but till date nothing has been done.

(3.) IN view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the State to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from today and submit a final report before the appropriate Court.
