DALVIR Singh has preferred this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the release of detenue namely Rajinder Kaur, aged about 22 years, wife of the Petitioner, who is stated to be in illegal custody of Respondents No. 4 and 5.
