(1.) THE Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 128, dated 11.12.2010, registered under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC, at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) COUNSEL for the Respondent, on instructions from SI Pargat Singh, states that the Petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further investigation.
