JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for setting aside orders dated 17.1.2009 and 12.12.2009 (Annexures P -3 & P -4 respectively) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sonepat and order dated 30.9.2010 (Annexure P -5) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sonepat.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned orders passed by learned trial court as well as the first appellate court.
