JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail in a case registered against the Petitioner under Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur, vide FIR No. 18 dated 19th February, 2010.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner himself surrendered before the trial court after being declared a proclaimed offender on 9th February, 2011.
