JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No.97, dated 14.3.2010, registered under Section 408 of the IPC, at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.

(3.) Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, has accepted the fact that even till today, trial has not started and the matter is now fixed before the trial Court for framing of charge.
